Admissions & Withdrawals
• Admission is made by the school authorities, depending upon the norms of selection and availability of seats.
• Every candidate for admission must be introduced by the parents/ guardian who will be responsible for his/her conduct, progress in studies, discipline payment of fees.
• The principal reserves the right of refusing admission to a pupil without ascribing any reason for it. He also reserves the right of refusing continued studies to any pupil whose conduct is found not satisfactory or who is not benefitting by his/her study in this school or is bad influence on others.
• Transfer certificate will be issued only when the parent/ guardian applies for it, after all the dues have been cleared.
• Those who apply for TC should submit the application 20 days in advance and pay the fee due till the date of application.
• Duplicate of transfer certificate will not be issued unless the request is supported by a notarised affidavit or copy of FIR, Stating the reason for the request.
Academic Policies
• Attendance is compulsory on reopening and closing days as well as on all national festivals.
• A student will not be promoted to the next class if his or her attendance falls below 70%.
• Promotion is based on performance in the test exams and attendance the school conducts examination on regular basis so as to remove fear stress and strain in the children.
• Students must adhere to school discipline attendance and academic requirements excessive absence more than 15 days or consistently low attendance below 70% may trigger disciplinary action or even withdrawal of students.
• Leave of absence from school even for a few periods for attending social functions or religious ceremonies strictly not allowed.
• Parents are not permitted to take their child out of the school during school hours or extended holidays, as it is upsetting for a child to miss lessons and to lag behind in work if leave of absence is unavoidable details of the date should be intimated in the leave letter in advance in case of planned leave or details of the date and reasons should be recorded in the relevant page of the school dairy in case of not fore seen leaves.
