The First PTA Executive Meeting for the academic year 2026–27 was held on 5 August 2026 at 10:15 a.m. in the AV Room. The meeting began with a prayer by Rev. Fr Melwyn D’Souza, Manager, followed by the welcome address by Sr Sharmila, Incharge Principal. The proceedings were conducted by Ms Deekshitha, Academic Secretary. The minutes of the previous meeting were presented by Mrs Chandrakala and approved by the members. The Principal discussed Saturday classes to compensate for rain holidays, The PTA General Body Meeting will be scheduled for 22 August 2026, and discussed other academic matters. Mr. Ramesh Rai was unanimously elected as the PTA Vice-President and was felicitated by the Manager.
The Manager briefed the members on revised school timings, uniform arrangements, infrastructure development, smart boards, laboratory facilities, indoor games facilities, and safety improvements. Parents shared suggestions regarding student safety, road barricades, homework updates, assessments, phonics learning, uniform, grooming, food sharing, and parking arrangements. The suggestions were noted for further action. The newly elected Vice-President requested parents to communicate their concerns directly to the management and emphasized cooperation among parents, teachers, and management. The vote of thanks was proposed by Mrs Shaija V. L., followed by refreshments. The meeting concluded with a commitment to ensure the safety, academic excellence, discipline, and overall development of the students.
