St. Monica English Medium School, Kumbla, organized a CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Training Program for the students of Classes VIII, IX, and X on 3rd July 2026 as part of Doctor’s Day celebration.
The training session was conducted by Dr. Narayana Naik, Paediatrician, who explained the importance of CPR in saving lives during medical emergencies. He provided clear guidance on recognizing emergency situations, performing chest compressions, and responding confidently until professional medical help arrives.
The programme was graced by the presence of the School Manager, Rev. Fr. Melwyn D’Souza, who appreciated the initiative and emphasized the importance of equipping students with essential life-saving skills. As a token of gratitude, Dr. Narayana Naik was felicitated by the school for his valuable contribution and dedicated service.
The students actively participated in the interactive session and benefited from the practical demonstrations.
