Teachers’ Orientation: A Fresh Chapter – Highlighting new beginnings

As part of the professional development programme for the teaching faculty, two impactful sessions were conducted in May 2026. On 27th of May, Rev. Fr Robert Dsouza led a session on Classroom Management, highlighting the importance of positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and management, while sharing creative strategies to foster a happy, disciplined, and student‑friendly environment. On 29th May, Mr. Anil Ivan Fernandes conducted a session on Artificial Intelligence in Education, demonstrating how AI tools can simplify lesson preparation, save time, and enhance teaching methods through presentations, videos, and worksheets. Together, these sessions encouraged teachers to embrace modern technology and effective classroom practices, making them both informative, practical, and highly beneficial for the upcoming academic year.
