Aims & Objectives

  • To impart value based good education to all children without distinction of class caste, creed, religion or community.

Academic Policies

• Attendance is compulsory on reopening and closing days as well as on all national festivals.

• A student will not be promoted to the next class if his or her attendance falls below 70%.

• Promotion is based on performance in the test exams and attendance the school conducts examination on regular basis so as to remove fear stress and strain in the children.

• Students must adhere to school discipline attendance and academic requirements excessive absence more than 15 days or consistently low attendance below 70% may trigger disciplinary action or even withdrawal of students.

• Leave of absence from school even for a few periods for attending social functions or religious ceremonies strictly not allowed.

• Parents are not permitted to take their child out of the school during school hours or extended holidays, as it is upsetting for a child to miss lessons and to lag behind in work if leave of absence is unavoidable details of the date should be intimated in the leave letter in advance in case of planned leave or details of the date and reasons should be recorded in the relevant page of the school dairy in case of not fore seen leaves.

General Conduct

• Students should speak in English only, however during other language classes they are allowed to speak in respective language.

• The school though not responsible for the conduct of the students outside its premises will take cognizance of any serious misconduct committed outside the school.

• Students who come to school before the time should not be found loitering about our idling away the time instead they should spend the time in useful study.

• No student is allowed to leave the school premises during the school hours without the permission written permission of principle.

• The students should adhere to and the parents should support and encourage the dress code moral and physical education health and hygiene norms and policies framed and implemented by the school from time to time ,school timings ,examinations and holiday schedules shall be restrictive followed.

• Students are not allowed to loiter in the corridors or on the campus during the working hours they should move from one classroom to another in silence without disturbing the other classes if needed.

• No pupil will be excused from games drills except on medical grounds students using abusive languages and show in disrespect to their teacher will be dealt severely.

• Children who want to go for the religious purposes during school hours should bring a concern letter with the signature of the parents at the beginning of the academic year and have to submit to the respective class teachers otherwise they will not be permitted to go.

• Other than school activities no permission will be granted for attending functions or events during the school hours.

• Final exam will be conducted with issuing of exam admit card. Before issuing the admit card for the annual exam the school fees must be cleared failure in this case will result in no issuing the admit card.

• Involvement of any type of malpractice during tests and examinations will be dealt seriously.

• Parents are expected to ensure that their child behaves appropriately persistent misbehavior or disruption may lead to a withdrawal from the school.

• Fines for rule violation or property damage must be settled within 3 days failure to do so will result in accumulating dues payable at the time of issuing a transfer certificate or annual results.
