St Monica English Medium School, Kumbla, conducted an Orientation Programme on 22 September 2026 in the school auditorium for students of Classes VIII, IX and X and for the teaching staff. The sessions were led by Janab Rafeeq Master and aimed at inspiring personal and professional growth.
The student session, titled “The Power Within You,” encouraged students to recognize their strengths, build self-confidence and work towards their goals with determination. Through an interactive and motivational presentation, the resource person inspired students to make positive choices and realize their true potential.
The teachers’ session, “Good to Great,” focused on professional excellence, positive thinking and continuous self-improvement. The session provided valuable insights into effective teaching practices and the vital role of educators in shaping young minds.
The programme was graced by Incharge Principal Sr. Sharmila, Staff Secretary Ms. Deekshitha, teachers and students. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Ms. Deekshitha. Overall, the orientation programme was a meaningful and enriching experience that motivated both students and teachers to strive for excellence and become better versions of themselves.
