An Environmental Day Quiz Competition was organised at St Monica English Medium School (CBSE), Kumbla, on 10th July 2026 in the school auditorium
The competition was conducted house-wise and divided into two categories:
Category I Classes V–VII
First- Parakeet House , Second -Purple Finch
Category II (Classes VIII–X)
First -Parakeet House, Second- Robin House
The quiz covered topics related to environmental awareness, conservation, and current environmental issues. The participants displayed excellent knowledge, quick thinking, and commendable team spirit throughout the competition.
The programme provided a valuable platform for students to enhance their understanding of environmental responsibility and the importance of sustainable living. The event concluded successfully, reinforcing the message of protecting and preserving the environment.
